complemEnterの提供者（以下「提供者」）は、Macアプリ「complemEnter」と Chrome拡張機能「complemEnter for Chrome」（以下、総称して「本製品」）を、 入力内容を外部へ送信しないローカル処理を基本として提供します。本ポリシーは、 本製品が処理する情報、その目的、保存場所、削除方法を説明するものです。
1. 本製品が処理する情報
1.1 入力欄を識別する情報
ユーザーが登録した入力欄を識別するため、アプリ名、Bundle ID、Webサイトの origin、favicon、および入力欄の種類・役割・ラベル・placeholder・識別子等の 技術的な属性を処理します。Chrome拡張機能は、登録先との照合およびfavicon取得の ため、現在のページURLを端末内で一時的に処理しますが、保存するのはoriginです。
1.2 キー設定と動作状態
改行・送信に割り当てたキー、登録先の有効状態、オンボーディング完了状態、 Chrome拡張機能とMacアプリの接続状態を処理します。
1.3 キーボードイベント
登録済み入力欄で改行・送信キーを変換するため、必要なキーボードイベントを Mac上で処理します。入力した文章、パスワード、クリップボードの内容を読み取り、 保存、収集、または提供者のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。
1.4 フォーカス状態
登録済み入力欄が現在選択されているかを判断するため、その入力欄のフォーカス状態を Mac内で処理します。クリック履歴、マウス位置、スクロール履歴、キーストロークの ログは作成しません。

- MacアプリとChrome拡張機能を同期し、接続状態を表示するため
- 登録先をユーザーが識別しやすい名称・アイコンで表示するため
- 不具合の防止、安全性の確保、および問い合わせ対応のため
3. 保存場所と外部送信
本製品の設定と登録情報は、原則としてユーザーのMac内に保存されます。 MacアプリとChrome拡張機能の通信にはChrome Native MessagingとMac内の ローカル通信を使用します。提供者は本製品から入力内容、登録情報、利用履歴を 受信するサーバーを運用していません。
本製品は広告、広告目的のトラッキング、第三者分析SDK、データ販売を行いません。 ユーザー情報を第三者へ販売または共有することもありません。ただし、法令に基づく 有効な要請へ対応する必要がある場合を除きます。
Chrome拡張機能から得た情報の利用は、Chrome Web Store User Data Policyの Limited Use要件に従い、本製品の単一目的である入力欄ごとの改行・送信キー変換を 提供または改善するために限定します。広告、信用評価・融資、または単一目的と 無関係な用途には利用せず、提供者がユーザーの入力内容を閲覧することもありません。

設定と登録情報は、ユーザーが登録先を削除、設定を初期化、または本製品の関連 データをMacから削除するまで保存されます。Chrome拡張機能を削除すると、 Chromeが管理する拡張機能側のデータも削除されます。Macのバックアップから 復元されたデータには、バックアップ提供者の仕様が適用されます。
6. セキュリティ
本製品は、通信元の検証、受信メッセージの形式・長さの検証、設定ファイルの 原子的な保存など、ローカルデータと連携経路を保護するための措置を講じます。 ただし、OS、ブラウザ、端末、バックアップ等を含むすべてのリスクを完全に 排除することはできません。
7. 子どもの利用
本製品は子どもを主な対象としていません。保護者は、子どもが利用する場合、 macOSとChromeの権限設定および登録対象を確認してください。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
提供者は、法令、本製品、または関連サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する ことがあります。重要な変更は、本製品または公開Webページ等の適切な方法で お知らせします。

Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how complemEnter and complemEnter for Chrome (collectively, the “Product”) process information. The Product is designed to perform its core functions locally on the user's Mac.
Information processed
To identify input fields selected by the user, the Product processes technical metadata such as the app name and bundle identifier; website origin and favicon; and input-field attributes such as type, role, label, placeholder, and identifiers. The Chrome extension temporarily processes the current page URL on-device to match registrations and obtain a favicon, but stores only the origin. It also processes the registered field's focus state, the user's newline and send-key settings, registration status, setup status, connection status, and keyboard events required for key conversion.
The Product does not read, store, collect, or transmit the text the user types, passwords, or clipboard contents to the Provider's servers. It does not create logs of clicks, mouse positions, scrolling, or keystrokes.
Storage, sharing, and permissions
Settings and registrations are stored locally on the user's Mac. The Chrome extension communicates with the installed Mac app through Chrome Native Messaging and local Mac communication. The Provider does not operate a server that receives typed content, registrations, or usage history from the Product. The Product does not use advertising, tracking, third-party analytics SDKs, or data sales.
The use of information received from Chrome APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Such information is used only to provide or improve the Product's single purpose: per-field newline and send-key conversion. It is not used for advertising, credit or lending, or unrelated purposes, and the Provider does not permit humans to read users' typed content.
macOS Accessibility access is used to identify user-selected fields and convert keys in registered fields. Access to HTTP and HTTPS pages is used only to identify user-selected fields and convert keys in registered fields. The nativeMessaging permission connects the extension to complemEnter on the same Mac. The favicon permission displays recognizable icons for registered websites.
Retention and deletion
Local settings and registrations remain until the user deletes a registration, resets the settings, or removes the Product's related data from the Mac. Browser-managed extension data is removed according to Chrome's behavior when the extension is uninstalled. Restored backups are governed by the backup provider's behavior.
Changes and contact
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, the Product, or related services. Material changes will be announced through the Product, the public website, or another appropriate method. For privacy or support requests, use the public contact information on the Provider's GitHub profile.
